Incidents: Johnson Health Tech is aware of three incidents where the plastic connectors slid out or broke, one resulting in a laceration near the eye socket.
Remedy: Owners should immediately prevent people from using the multi-station strength training towers and contact Johnson Health Tech North America to schedule a free repair.
