  • Incidents: Two injuries from falls when the seat detached have been reported, including one report of broken ribs and one report of a back injury requiring surgery.

  • Remedy: Consumers and exercise facilities should immediately stop using the recalled Krankcycles and contact Johnson Health Tech North America to schedule a free repair, which consists of a service technician permanently bolting the seat to the frame or removing the seat for which the consumer will receive a refund. This includes any Krankcycles sold online.
