Consumers should stop using recalled products immediately unless otherwise instructed. It is illegal to resell or attempt to resell a recalled consumer product.

Incidents: West Elm has received 14 reports of collapsed, broken or cracked chairs. Two consumers have reported minor injuries after falling from a collapsed chair, medical attention was not required.
Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled chairs and contact West Elm for instructions on returning the product for a full refund.
Sold At: West Elm stores nationwide, the West Elm catalog and website from September 2011 to January 2012 for between $20 and $40.
