Consumers should stop using recalled products immediately unless otherwise instructed. It is illegal to resell or attempt to resell a recalled consumer product.
Hazard Description: The recalled bicycle handlebars can break while the user is riding the bike, resulting in loss of control and a fall hazard.

Incidents: Two incidents of the handlebars breaking have been reported, including one involving a fall and a cut to the rider's leg.
