Incidents: The manufacturer has received five reports of separated rails. No injuries were reported.
Remedy: Consumers should stop using these cribs immediately if the mattress is in the lowest position. Consumers should contact ducduc, if the company has not already contacted them, for a free repair kit which includes new crib sides. Ducduc is contacting each customer directly. In the meantime, parents are urged to find an alternate, safe sleeping environment for their child, such as a play yard, bassinet or toddler bed, depending on the child's age.
