Description: The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, in cooperation with the firm named below, today announced a voluntary recall of the following consumer product. Consumers should stop using recalled products immediately unless otherwise instructed. It is illegal to resell or attempt to resell a recalled consumer product.
Hazard Description: Small pieces of the enamel coating can pop off when the skillet is heated, posing a burn hazard to consumers.

Incidents: The firm has received five reports of enamel popping off of the skillet, resulting in two reports of consumers receiving minor burns.
Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled skillets. Known purchasers were mailed instructions for obtaining a full refund. Consumers who purchased the skillets at a QVC store should return the skillets to any QVC store for a full refund.
Sold At: QVC's televised shopping programs, at qvc.com, and QVC retail and employee stores from August 2009 through September 2010 for between $28 and $35.
