Description: WASHINGTON, D.C. - In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Schylling Associates Inc., of Rowley, Mass., is voluntarily recalling about 3,600 Winnie-the-Pooh Spinning Tops (66,000 spinning tops were recalled on August 22, 2007).
