Inc., of Baltimore, Md., is voluntarily recalling about 200 Children's Rings with Dice or Horseshoes. The rings contain high levels of lead. Lead is toxic if ingested by young children and can cause adverse health effects. These rings were subject to the July 2004 recall of 150 million pieces of children's metal jewelry.
