Description: WASHINGTON, D.C. - In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Toys "R" Us Inc., of Wayne, N.J., is voluntarily recalling about 128,700 "Elite Operations" Toy Sets. These toys contain high levels of lead in the paint, which is toxic if ingested by young children and can cause adverse health effects. The item numbers are located on the back of the packaging above the barcode. Toy sets sold prior to January 2006 are not included in this recall.
