The metal spigot contains lead and is in direct contact with the contents of the lemonade jar. Lemonade and other beverages can cause the lead to leach from the spigot. Description: WASHINGTON, D.C. - In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Lifetime Brands Inc., of Westbury, N.Y., is voluntarily recalling about 6,600 Gemco Lemonade Jars. The metal spigot contains lead and is in direct contact with the contents of the lemonade jar. Lemonade and other beverages can cause the lead to leach from the spigot.
