The fiberglass sheath intended to protect the electrical cord can become improperly aligned during consumer assembly of the lamp. No property damage has been reported.Description: This recall involves "Taylor" model burnished nickel metal desk lamp. The adjustable lamp is 16- to 24.75-inches high with adjustment points at the base, mid-shaft and shade. An "O" logo is engraved on the tube cup under the rotary power switch and the name "OTT-LITE" is engraved on the front of the base.
