Description: WASHINGTON, D.C. - In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Psion Teklogix Corp., a subsidiary of Psion Teklogix Inc., of Ontario, Canada is voluntarily recalling 682 AC power adapters for Psion Teklogix notebook computers.
