Description: In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Whirlpool Corp. of Benton Harbor, Mich. is voluntarily recalling 24,500 Freestanding ranges, double ovens, and oven-microwave combinations. All of the appliances use faulty wiring, which can overheat, melt through the insulation and cause a short circuit.
