Description: WASHINGTON, D.C. - In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Kearney-National, Hapco Division, of Abingdon, Va., is voluntarily recalling about 118 Internal Halyard Flagpoles. A partially crimped sleeve on these flagpoles can allow the cable to pull through the sleeve, causing the loop to release.
