Description: WASHINGTON, D.C. - In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), American Promotional Events Inc., of Florence, Ala. is voluntarily recalling about 11,700 "T6" Titanium 6 Break Artillery Shell Fireworks. These fireworks could have a defective fuse that can fail to ignite the device. "T6" "Six Break Artillery Shell" and "TNT" are written on the front of the display box, and "Titanium 6 Break" is on the back of the display box.
