Description: WASHINGTON, D.C. - In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Black Diamond Equipment, of Salt Lake City, Utah is voluntarily recalling about 150 pairs of Bionic Crampons (used for ice climbing).
