One of the puzzle pieces (a stack of newspapers) poses a small parts choking hazard to young children.Name of product: Puzzibilities Recycling Truck PuzzleUnits: About 3,000Distributor: Small World Toys®, of Culver City, Calif.Hazard: One of the puzzle pieces (a stack of newspapers) poses a small parts choking hazard to young children.Incidents/Injuries: No incidents have been reported. This recall is being conducted to prevent the possibility of injuries.Description: The recalled Recycling Truck Puzzle has nine wooden pieces that form a green recycling truck, three workers, a container for plastics, a bundled set of newspapers, and a recycling bin.
