  Target Recalls Threshold Floor Lamps Due to Fire and Shock Hazard

  Target recalls white plastic floor lamps with 3-way sockets that can cause fire or shock if a standard bulb is fully tightened. Affected lamps have model PL1071 and were sold from 2019-2021.
